More Quarantine!

During quarantine we did a LOT of clearing.  The kids helped me a ton.....I don't have pictures but we cleared out so many vines and brush.  We burnt all of it and one day ended up doing a fire for smores.

Mr. Brian had another contest and this time you had to make the same face as your pet.....guess who won that one....

This was hours of entertainment.....playing in the barn.  It's like it became their new clubhouse :).  They hung a swing from the top beam and played on that a lot.  They also made up so many games....hide and seek, hide different random objects around the barn, play in the boat...etc.  When you have time you come up with all kinds of fun games!

The older boys were helping Pops so the younger 2 begged me for another Easter egg hunt.  So we did it!  They had a blast.

This kid is relentless in his game playing....obsessed with having the most money.

Older 2 helped Pops trim trees with the tractor!

Spend the night with Grams and Pops.....they were for a morning walk/jog :)

And school time with Kayden the teacher....ha ha ha!

Another art project was drawing a picture of your pet....

The teachers did a parade around town.....they supposedly followed the bus route but sadly didn't come down our street.  We finally got 2 cars at the very end....Mrs. Graves and Mrs. Ribble.  It was so fun to see them!!

Our book series we were reading was all about the armor of God so Weston wanted to make his own wooden shield.  It was pretty cool!!

This was another project during quarantine....Logan made a bike caddy for all of them.  He's so handy....whipped this out in a few hours....now if they'll just park their bikes in their slots every time :).

Caleb Turns 10 on Easter Sunday!

Definitely a different birthday for this kid this year.  It landed on Easter Sunday and he wanted more than anything to go to Kansas and hang out with Eli and his cousins.  But with all that was going on we couldn't do that.  So we tried to make the best of it and just had it at our house.  He got to start the day off with homemade cinnamon rolls :)

We dyed Penny's eggs....best we could....it's a little harder to dye brown eggs!!

Bradleys and Grams and Pops came over and we had lunch.  Aunt Mel made Caleb a "corona" cake.  It was pretty cute.  

She brought him a very unique candle.....it was awesome!

Tyson and Caleb have been really into golfing around the yard.....so Tyson got his Pops out there to play with him.

And some fishing at the lake!
