Around the House and Our Trip to the Lake with My Family

We squeezed in a date the other night.  Gosh it's nice to get away every now and then and be able to finish sentences with each other and eat slowly :).

We got our first peach off our peach tree!!!  It was a bit crunch and then too soft in some spots.....hoping next year we'll have peaches everywhere!

Caleb got some type of stomach bug and was pretty sick for several days.  Weston made him a little bed on the train table and got him everything he needed.  It was sweet to see him actually caring about him so much!

We went to Lake Bob Sandlin for a few days with my side of the family.  We try to do a trip every summer and we went back to the same place we went last year.  It was a good trip and fun to be on the lake!

So I was running the other morning and someone's trash caught my eye.  I ran over to it and they had a huge plastic tub full of dart guns that they were throwing away!  I couldn't believe it.  So I ran home and got the truck and went back and got them.  The boys were just a bit excited.  Here's their favorites.....
