Henson Trip - Dominican Republic

We got the privilege of getting to go on another Henson Lumber trip.  We went back to the Dominican Republic.  This trip was different because we just stayed on the resort for most of the time.  The beaches were beautiful and we had a great time!

The first night we went with a group to the Hibachi steakhouse.  It was yummy and fun to be with everyone!

There was a magic show that we watched the first night...entertainment :)

We did an excursion one day because it was with our big group.  We took a boat to a private island and ate lunch and got to hang out on the island for awhile.  It was beautiful and a lot of fun.  The photographer they had for the group made us take a lot of silly photos in the boat and in the water.  We laughed a lot over them :)

The next night we ate at a healthy place.  The food was really yummy.  BUT at home there was a major storm hitting so basically we were on the phone getting the play-by-play the entire dinner :).  Lucy and Judy were in the closet...and others were different places watching the damage.  Thankfully all was ok and it was just tree limbs that we lost.

Come to find out later this picture was fake but it was crazy cool looking!

The last full day we got a group together and played spike ball for a long time on the beach.  It was a blast.

Then we went for our spa day :). HA!  I wish Logan could relax!!!

That night we ate at the French restaurant with friends.  We had some good laughs over the food.  Then we played cards with everyone.  Fun friends and great time with them!

The last day was short but we did get a little while on the beach.  There was a lot going on at home but we still had a great time being together and getting away!
