Guys AR river trip, Donkey Basketball, Annoying Virus/ER trip, Fishing, Orange Night, Field Trip, Soccer, Kayden Graduation Party, and Mother's Day

So Logan had another super fun trip that he had been dreaming about taking for years and it finally happened!! And I'm thinking this is going to be a yearly thing now :). Him and his buddies went kayaking on the Buffalo river in Arkansas. It was beautiful and they had the BEST time. I know every one of them fell out of their kayak at some point. There were lots of laughs, good food, and beautiful scenery but that's about all I know :). I'm SO very thankful for this group of men in my man's life. We have prayed for this!!

Caleb has been learning how to weld at school and this was one of his first things to make. His welding is great....but his spelling....goodness. says "bye bye cacer"....should be cancer!

Caleb and Tyson participated in the pickleball tournament for the tennis team! They had a blast and were entertaining most of the people there. They got to play Coach Hindman and Mrs. Minotti. That was a hit!

Something I thought I'd never do....donkey basketball! It was a fundraiser for the basketball team and they asked the board members to participate. It was quite a sight!!

Another not so fun day....woke up super nauseous. Couldn't sleep and just felt miserable. Got worse and worse. I was throwing up and just couldn't stand it any longer. I figured something was really wrong. So Logan came home and took me to ER. We were going to come to Dallas but I was miserable so we stopped in Willow Park. It was a long, very hard day. They transported me by ambulance to Dallas after awhile of waiting. Game me lots of pain meds which knocked me out and helped. I was a mess. And just felt awful. Finally got to Dallas and they didn't have any rooms so we were in this tiny room of the ER. My rockstar hubby basically slept in a desk chair all night. I felt awful for him. The next morning my mom relieved him and he went home and she stayed with me. I finally got scans and a normal room at some point. They couldn't find anything. I think it was just an awful virus but gosh it was the worst. And it's frustrating because I don't know if I'm just sick or something is really wrong. Trace came and saw me and was most entertained by my drugged state. That's enough said there.

Morphine Mandy.....guess I had my phone with me. I don't even remember! Ha!

Finally got out of there and back home. SO thankful to be feeling better! Got some fishing time with Lucy. We caught some huge catfish in our pond :)

Boys were golfing with Logan and Pawpaw. He came through on his golf trip! Fun to have him!

Rosie just loves the chickens.....bad puppy. She'd pounce on them in an instant!

So another bummer but got to chemo with Lynsey who even took off work to be with me and it was the WRONG day!!! Ugh. I had fasted and done all the things. SO frustrating. I had a little pity party and cried and then got over it and we went and ate tacos :). Loved the time with her!

Went to property that night....it had been raining a lot and so the creek was so full! It was fun to drive the can am through it. Caleb was of course soaked!

So sweet Dina went the next day with me. Round 32 and they are letting me have a break! I asked for it since our trip to Costa Rica isn't that far away. I want to feel good and enjoy the time!
