Family Night, Rick's 100th, Watoto, Pops Birthday, Valentines, More Treehouse, and Ice Storm!

A few weekends ago we made homemade pizza and had a fun family night.  I planned minute to win it games for all of us to do.  It was fun with a lot of laughing....especially the oreo on the eye...getting it to your mouth!

Caleb's eyes....and Weston's tongue!

Rick ran his 100th half marathon a few weekends ago.  Melody and I did it with him.  There was also a 5K going on at the same time so I challenged Renee and Lynsey to do it!  They did it and did great!!  Fun morning being there for the old man :).  100 half marathons is A LOT!!!!  I was super proud of him!

We hosted 2 kids and their sponsors from the Watoto choir from Uganda.  They did a concert at our church and then stayed the night with us.  It was awesome.  Weston connected immediately with them.

Pops is 64!  He got a pan of brownies and time with his grandkids :)  We sure love Pops!
This little sunshine helped me make valentine's cookies. We delivered them to the Wild Blue families.  She had fun with the sprinkles!

Tree house is getting closer!!
Lunch in the tree house....doesn't get better than that!

Lucy's been going to the jump time at Maverick on Wednesdays....she loves it.  I think gymnastics is coming soon!
We had a crazy ice storm and the kids got to miss school.  It was fun until the power went out....then it was kinda a long day :).  It was beautiful on the trees though!

dinner over the fire when you don't have power!!
