Fun with more Family

We had lots of family last week. My side left on Wednesday afternoon and Logan's family came in Wednesday night. His parents, Mamu, and Papa all came for the rest of the week. We had a great time with them. Weston loved getting to have them here too. We spent all day on Thursday at the house while it rained from hurricane Dolly. Mimi and Mamu cooked yummy food on Thursday night. Then on Friday we took everyone to eat some great Mexican food in Boerne. Of course you know that you must eat mexican food if you visit San Antonio. On Saturday we tried to go to the lake that morning but the boat was acting funny. We have learned our lesson on ignoring funny noises so we decided to take it in to the shop instead of risking it. We all went for a walk/run around the neighborhood instead. Saturday night we went to yummy Carabbas for dinner!!! SO GOOD!! Mimi got Weston his first monkey and golf clubs. He sure loved them. Then church on Sunday morning and Logan and his dad went to play golf. We cooked Barry Burgers that night for dinner. Papa taught Weston to play the piano and Mamu played with him in the exersaucer. Mimi and Grumpa even got to read him a story before bed. They had to leave on Monday morning for the long drive back to Kansas. We sure had a good time with them. Thanks for making the LONG drive!!
He started sucking his thumb last week. It is really cute but also so great. Now when he takes a nap all you do is just lay him down in his crib and he starts sucking his thumb and goes right to sleep!! It's amazing!! He slept so good and long while they were here. I guess he was still recovering from Sea World. He is such a good little boy.....gosh I love him so much. This is funny to admit but when I take him to the nursery at church I get so excited to go get him after it's over......my heart even starts beating faster!!! It's like I can't wait to see him again!! He is the best and I just love him to pieces!!!

I think all the grandmas wore Weston out. He was a tired little boy!
