Weston's turns 2

Last Thursday on the 11th, Weston turned 2. He got woke up to his crib full of balloons. Here's a video of it.
We celebrated his birthday at each meal with candles. First in his banana slices, then his peanut butter sandwiches, and then his cookie for dessert after dinner. He definitely knew what to do when he saw them. I had to go to a doctor's appointment but he got to go over and play with all his friends at Reid's house. Then we spent the rest of the day together. Pops and Grams got there in time to have dinner with us that night.

We're about to move him into a big boy bed when we move into the new house. Here he is last week one morning jumping in his crib......do you think he's ready for a bigger bed??? I just hope the crib lasts for his brother!

I can't believe he's 2 years old! My how the time flies. He's so fun these days. I love that he is talking so much. It's so fun to get him to say words. He has a lisp with his tongue....so the best words are like "bus", "boss", "lots", etc. We just get him to say those over and over and he knows he's funny too. He is constant entertainment for us these days. He is always fixing things with his drill or screwdriver. He loves to go get a battery and act like he is fixing his tractor or trains. He loves being outside and going to the park. He loves bathtime and "sliding" in the bathtub after the water is drained out. He loves to wave and tell everyone "bye" when we're going to or leaving places. He still loves to eat but definitely has become a pickier eater these days. When we pray we ask him what he wants to pray for and everytime it's "trucks". He is so fun and we love every minute with him. We are so thankful the Lord has given him to us.
